40-day challenge #2 - Day 29

This is a special drawing, in the sense that it is not yet complete. These are several studies of the Bleeding Tooth fungus, a very fantastic-looking creature. They will be taken over by AntonKurbatov and used in a collaboration project for landscape illustrations. I am rubbish at drawing landscapes, but he is great at it (so feel free to check his gallery, it looks gorgeous), and since he uses mushrooms in a lot of his illustrations, we decided to try a collaboration. So... that's the story behind this project. I can't wait to see it's progress.
